Lowered on stock wheels and tires

I tried searching for answers, couldnt find what i was looking for. Can anyone shed any light on lowering with stock wheels and tires and using spacers to make the wheels flush with the fenders? Planning on getting wheels later but wanted to see if i could get rid of the gap and make it look good at the same time in the mean time.

Thanks

I found a lot of pics in http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11888

but havent seen anything about spacers for being flush with fenders. Ill take your spring reference into consideration thanks for your input. Have you thought about spacers?

This is the one I was originally looking for. I like this one the best as it has pictures of before/after up close from same angle.

20mm front, 25mm rear works great. I bought my spacers from B2 Auto Design....$210 for all 4 spacers.
