missing some nuts and bolts?

so I noticed the black piece on my rear bumper was loose. took a look and it looks like nothing was holding the bottom portion of it. I never payed attention but I assume there's suppose to be something here. what kind of fasteners are suppose to be here? black clips maybe? if anyone has a part number it would be appreciated.

For something like this, sure you can go to the dealer for some spare parts. Or buy it yourself, but it costs money and time.

I'd like to just fix it with a zip tie and call it a day.

You are missing, like MAv said go to dealer and get it replaced or pick up a aftermarket diffuser.

Plastic clips... I wouldn't bother either. I'd do a cross zip tie and call it a day. It'll likely be cleaner look anyway (minimalistic).
