Kakimoto cat back regu 06r
I am really thinking about getting the Kakimoto cat back regu 06r. One of the guys in my club had it installed and I was in love with the sounds. Anyone have had problems or have it installed ? And where s a good supplier to purchase one from? Thanks guys

It's really expensive and it has to be special ordered from Japan so you might not find to many people with it. When I was deciding on exhaust it was between kakimoto, m7, and fujitsubo. I chose m7 because of availability and sound. Every video I've seen of that exhaust sounds great. If you can afford it I would go for it! Sound, jdm rareness, and, looks put this in my top 3 exhaust for this car.

I'm pretty sure the one you were listening to was the one I sold to Tom a couple of weeks back.
I had it on my car for 6 months, loved it. Only reason for sale was because it was baffled so the airflow was too restrictive for my power level. When I pulled it off the car the only noticeable defect was where one of the carbon fiber stickers had melted... But my whole exhaust tips had turned blue from the heat my car puts out so that's no surprise. The quality is incredible. Short of my new exhaust it's the highest quality piece I've seen. The welds are fantastic and if you run a magnet over it you'll see that they've used really high end stainless for it. Cheapest price I was quoted was from import monster. Had to wait a little while as it was shipped by sea, but it was worth the wait. Other people to try would be Rakuten and Jesse Streeter. |

I chose M7 because of availability as well. Mine should be arriving within the next couple days!
