Borla USA in General

I don't know if it is appropriate to post this here. But I just felt the need to give credit where credit is due since I see they reply here as well. I know the Borla UEL headers are getting some flak with a few members here. Anyway, here's my story.

I bought Borla UEL headers before any other IHE upgrade for power and the boxer sound. The next day it started rattling and I posted a video on Youtube about it just to make sure and ask people if it was indeed the infamous Borla rattle that people speak of. A few hours later, without contacting them, I had a comment from them acknowledging that it was indeed the headers and they will rectify the situation ASAP. I just needed to contact the number they gave. What I did was, I contacted the local Borla distributor in my area and he was the one who who facilitated the whole situation with constant communication from Borla USA. As soon as a new batch was finished, they air-shipped my new headers and Borla even paid for installation.

I have never experienced customer service quite like this. And am very impressed that they were the one's who sought out the problem without me complaining to them directly AND paid for the install. They didn't even ask me to return the faulty headers until my headers arrived and they didn't charge for a restocking fee which others do.

My new headers was better made with no issues. I am happy with everything now and can sleep well at night knowing that they stand by their 1,000,000 mile warranty. Thank you Borla!
