JPEG compatibility w/ Pioneer AVH-X8500BHS
I'm trying to tinker with my Pioneer AVH-X8500BHS HU to display a GT86 logo as its background, but I can't seem to get all my JPEGs to display on the unit. I'm not able to understand what JPGs are compatible and what aren't compatible. I thought that as long as I was under the max resolution specified (4092x4092) I was safe, but that wasn't the case. I loaded about 20 JPGs onto a SD card and only 7 of them were read. I suspect this snippet from the owner's manual is the cause. Can somebody who knows more about JPEG compatibility explain?

There's a few different ways to save a jpg, and it looks like the HU doesn't support progressive scan images. If you have photoshop you can change the jpg options when you're saving the image but I'm not sure of any other ways to do it.
