Suspension Help

After countless hours of searching and reading I decided to post. I am looking for a coilover setup for my car.

I would like something that will improve handling vs simply for looks. Though I do plan on eliminating a tad of wheel gap once I install my 18"rims. I would like something that I can tweak and have it handle like factory and better. (Slammed stance throws off suspension geometry. )

My primary interest for this car is a normal daily driver which hopes to see some track time/autocross next year. (Weather permitting... damn you New England).

I am not sure on how to dial in suspension rebounds and such, but am willing to learn and really would like to make this a hobby(autocross etc). I know there is no replacement for seat time and experience, but the coilovers will help clear the rim and tire combo I may be installing.

General consensus seems to be KW v3, ST coilovers , Tarmac 2 and or tarmac 0. Any input and guidance is greatly appreciated. My main concern is making handling worse rather than better.

The finish on the ST coilovers isn't nearly as good for salt as the KW and RCE options are, but with all of those listed you'll have a nice set-up.

KW V3 and Tarmac 2 will be a little more aggressive and track oriented (though still good for the street). Both are a good bit more adjustable, which can either appeal to or intimidate people, but with the T2s we have the settings pretty well mapped out and can help.
