Normal Engine Noises? (Audio/Video Clip Attached)

I have searched a bit around here and obviously the cricket noise is a big offender and as you can see in the vid have that. But I have a bit of a tapping/ticking noise that is along with it. I'm guessing it's normal? Just looking for some reassurance or comparisons. This is one of the loudest motors i have had with all kinds of various little sounds. As always the dealer says it all sounds normal to them. what do you guys think?

Engine oil is a bit dirty but i'm at about 5000 miles so that's probably ok as well.

I think you should search. This is all over this forum.

Unless your car has CEL's, there isn't anything wrong. Drive it and enjoy.

Frs-matt is correct, a thread like this appears every couple of weeks accompanied by a video of someone's engine sounding like yours.

That's how Subaru boxer engines sound, except for the chirping, nothing to worry about.

I think our engine is fairly quiet compared to other direct injection engines.
I had A4 with 2.0TFSI engine.. and oh boy, my father thought it was a diesel. Tick-tick-tick

Sounds like the left bank is running a little lean.
