If you care about quality but don't have a deep pocket, ST's are the way to go

I'm running the ST's and couldn't be happier.

They have softer spring rates than most other coilovers, so the ride is similar to stock, with the ability to lower the car.
Made by KW (basically the same as KW V-1) so the quality is there.

Mine have 3k miles so far, and are solid, no clunks or knocking, and they improved the handling for sure.

IMO (and many others) the ST's are the best bang-for-your-buck under $1000.

I heard positive things about the FF coil overs when I was in the Honda world. A good friend of mine had them on his Integra and said they were a good coil over setup for daily driving and occasional track use.

Honda folks seem to like these a lot. I hear they are very reliable and last long. No firsthand experience with them besides seeing a lot of these being sold and shipped out.

Thanks for all the advice so far I hear a lot about st's so far. But does anybody go max low? And if so how is it? I want to go low and have the opportunity to go scraping. But is 50mm/2inch enough?
