Is there a way to wire winjet leds to turn on with a switch?

I have my drl disabled bc i have the led drls from factory. When i install the winjet headlights is there a way to wire the leds in the head lights to turn on with a switch instead of the drl?

Flip on the high beams? See the ft86speedfactory video for example.

You can wire them to turn on with the headlights, as for the dimming. You need to cut a wire or disconnect it. I forgot which one it is.

Best bet is to go back and have them reactivate your DRL's from the dealership.
Then as far as not dimming them goes, if you're talking about the fog light LED strips, then you have to wire them up to a 12 V ignition wire, and if you're talking about the Winjet LED strip, then you also need to find a way to disconnect them and wire them separately to a 12 V ignition wire that's always providing constant power.
Right now, they're probably hooked up to a wire that is connected to the headlight stalk inside the car and lower the power when you switch on the low beams. You need to disconnect that. Either that, or just flip on the high beams, that'll give your DRL's and the Winjet LED's full brightness, and isn't a problem unless your headlights also have legit high beams that are going to blind everyone else, but I'm pretty sure the Winjet's with the HID kits don't have true high beams anyway.

Hello, you can wire both the DRL in the headlight as well as your fog light led bar ( the one shown in the images above ) Both to a switch that you can control how you want - you just have to isolate the power to these away from what currently powers them - Wire them independent - There is one pin in the Fuse box in the Engine bay that powers on with the ignition - you can use that as the power supply -

There should not be any dimming as there are both LED and take very little current to power them up.

Hope this helps

Unless you can get a wiring diagram or something from the manufacturer or the seller, you'll need a multimeter and check each of the wires in the headlight to see which one reads 12V when you turn on the LEDs. Either that, or open it up to see which wire goes to the LEDs, but I'm not sure if there's only one wire going to the LEDs or not, but if there is, that would make your life really easy.

The red and black wire are for the led and high beam actuator.. The grey and black are for the low beam
