Good deal? Or stay way

http://frederick.craigslist.org/cto/4234998771.html

Wondering what you guys Think about this car and price.

I'm in the market to get in something new sometime soon was considering waiting til spring and getting a 2015 wrx but before they unveiled it I was dead set on a twin but now I'm not sure what to do. Seems id be getting more car for my money if I buy the frs/brz above compared to paying close to 30k OTD for a wrx.

Ahhh, decisions decisions.

I'm 22 and am a pipefitter making 60k and have 10k saved as down payment for a wrx or I could buy the frs/brz above and have much smaller payment for much less time, not too mention insurance is cheaper on the twins most likely.

Just looking for opinions, thanks guys and gals.

I doubt you even could buy it if you wanted to. It's pretty difficult to get a loan on a salvaged title.

If you can get a loan regardless, I would stay away.

Oh, I was unaware of that. I could most likely take the rest as a personal loan out of my 401k if need be. I'd just pay it back in a few months.

Subaru badge on the front, Toyota badge on the rear, Scion badge inside. Identity crisis, much? Lol.

Stay away, a high chance this could be a franken car essentially two halves of two different cars put together especially with a salvage title. Being a rebuilt/salvage title means this car was written off by an insurance company as not worth fixing for either safety and/or cost related.

Just be patient and wait for either a used one with a clean title or gather enough to afford a new one.

Also would have no warranty and possibly be difficult to insure.

Nope, unlike most people I like to take my time with big purchases and essentially not live outside my own means so I don't yet have my new car. I'll just wait and get in a wrx most likely cause I know I'll miss the power coming from a stg2 wrx.

Thanks everyone for the info, insight and opinions. Clint I'll most likely be getting my wrx from you so we'll be in touch!
