Photo resolution is poor, however it appears to read "Suyoku osanaide kudasai!" "Please do not push hard..or apply extreme pressure to!"

It's really isn't Griffon sticker. Think of it as "warning" sticker

No it's a warning not to push hard there. Because there used to be a parking brake assembly there. Now there's a void. If you push hard in that area it'll collapse the covering of the hole.
