Does the greddy rocket bunny kit need painted

Just wondering if the ground effects and diffuser need to be painted or can be left as is? Seen pics both ways but not sure if they are okay to just leave unpainted. Thanks for any info

it's got a "decent" finish right out of the box. Personally, I'd have it prepped and painted, even if you want it black.

Ask one of the vendors on this forum and they will give you more info.

My gut says "yes"

Gelcoat is fine to leave unpainted but, it won't hold up to the elements and stay looking nice for very long.

Also remember you rarely will get a perfect fitting part, so you will need to trim, sand and fit it. Depending on how/who does it the finish may be ruined in the process. Keep in mind you will have to cut the metal on your car to install them so you will already want to paint that area to prevent rust from attacking the bare metal.
