Arrow Japanese Kiramek Car Alarm BRZ/Scion FR-S/GT86

Japanese Kiramek Car alarm BRZ/Scion FR-S/GT86

For who is interested I ask to James Wages Int’l Sales Manager of KIRAMEK, Inc. some infos about a dedicated car alarm thus here in Italy there isn’t a car alarm system fitting as origin for my BRZ.
This kind of car alarm works on EODB or OBD parameters and interlink.
Compared prices versus European or Italian ones are competitive including custom clearance fees (Italy + 22% VAT)

If anyone wish to see how it works here can download manual

A short snapshot from James email.

"Dear Mr. ,

Thank you for your two email replies today.

Yes, it looks like you have the ZC6, so there should be no problem when using our TSL86plus.

But since you mentioned our SCIBORG 540H security system, I need confirm if you would prefer that over the TSL86plus. The reason is because our SCIBORG 540H alarm and VISION 1480 alarm have Auto Door Locking built-in, and both alarms are compatible with Manual Transmission Subaru BRZ cars.

Please note that our SCIBORG 540H is exactly the same product as our VISION 1480:
http://www.visionsecurity.jp/en/systems/1480.html

The 1480 product manual also applies to the 540H (both alarms connect to the BRZ via OBD):
http://www.visionsecurity.jp/en/syst...ion_Manual.pdf

The only differences between the 540H and 1480 are:

1) The brand name
2) The shock sensor

The performance of both sensors is the same: excellent, with no false triggers. But the sensor that comes with the 540H gives you a little more fine tuning control (two separate control dials instead of just one dial). The 540H system is for customers who demand precision control over their shock sensor.

You can see a video demonstration of our VISION 1480 shock sensor here (most text in Japanese, but some in English):
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S--5qkhZpHM&hd=1"]318-052 ショックセンサー、VISIONセ*ュリテ 標準装備 - YouTube[/ame]

Both alarm products have an Auto Door Lock feature. The difference between the 540H/1480 Auto Lock feature versus the TSL86plus is the TSL86plus also has an Emergency Brake Unlock feature too. The 540H/1480 will only perform normal LOCK (when speed is above 20km/h) and UNLOCK (when you set the Parking Brake).
If you would like to buy an alarm instead of the TSL86plus, you will then need to decide which brand (VISION or SCIBORG) you would like, and which kind of Siren. We have a Normal Siren and a Battery Backup Siren. The Battery Backup version costs a little more, but it keeps the siren alive and blasting, should a thief cut the main power to your vehicle. But as is the case with any battery, it has a finite life of only 3 years. The battery is not replaceable, but the siren will keep working after the battery has died. But if you don't need that "backup" feature, the Normal Siren is less costly.
......

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you,

James Wages

Did anyone buy and install this yet? Is it worth it? I'm seriously looking at this product.
