Auto Art 1/18th scale replica FRS

Ok, it looks like only Sprintertrueno86 caught on that my post in "What I did to my FRS today" was NOT pictures and video of My Firestorm but rather of my AutoArt 1/18th scale replica. So I'm reposting them here. Enjoy.

Very nice job Wook! Well written review. I agree with everything you said. I am also really enjoying the fact that I have the model in Firestorm. I have my car on my desk to enjoy all day while I'm at work. I waited until they came out with the European model so I had the left-hand drive. I am doubting they will ever come out with the Scion version. The Cool, really cool, thing for me is because it's the European version it has the red and black leather seats. Which without knowledge of them I virtually duplicated when I used Katzkins custom design tool to create my leather interior. So it's like staring at my own car. It's unreal. You are right about the engine though. I have modeled off and on my entire life and even an amateur like myself does a few extras when I'm scaling a car. For my 69 Camaro I went to the length of buying real auto carpet and fabricating the spiral brake lines under the master cylinder. As well as the basics such as battery cables and brake wires. So I would have expected Auto Art to supply at least those two items. But other than that I think they really hit the mark. Except I would have preferred they left off the pseudo-wing on the trunk. And of course the exhaust note is just a little week.

I also took a look at your review of the GR-4. Another excellent review.
