Need help, found some "orange" spot on my white FRS
Hello guys:
I am waxing my car today and found 5-6 "orange" color on the front bumper and feels like they are under the paint cuz there are no scratch and dent I can see or touch. I have no ideal whats going on and I just wax my car last week (turtle wax). I hope my whole car won't turn to a different color in the next few weeks ![]()

Any plant debris on your car before you noticed them? Yours is the only similar looking stain I've seen. My advice would be to get at it quick, I left mine for a day and I haven't been able to get it off a month later, tried EVERYTHING... Good luck. |

Was your car transported on a train? If it was some rail dust settled on the car. Rail dust turns to rail rust with time. Mostly it's noticeable on white cars. Dealerships are all aware of this but seldom do nothing in pre-delivery because they suspect they'll never get any complaints. They do have a fix for it. It's a mild acid wash that is not harmful to the car.

I work at a dealership and see this all the time on white cars. A simple clay bar will do the trick in no time at all!

this,
i did gfs white golf this summer with over 40k miles on it, every surface had rail dust. it was to the extent that it took hours to correct theres also a spray you can order, but clay bars are local and you don't have much rail dust yet. welcome to owning a white car and having eyes that work well. That day, gf got home after i spent hours working the whole car with the clay bar she didn't notice the difference any difference other than the wash because she's blind as a bat. ![]()
