FBM BRZ/FRS Shop Builds/Projects

We finally got settled into the new shop and have quite a few projects going on.

Both of these cars are running our turbo kits along with our shortblock. Will be tuning on 91 and 93 pump gas.

I will post update and pics as we go

Our engine building room with two motors being built

All motors are checked and measured for clearances

Cylinders are honed to fit

Goodies going in

Both motors are back together

Our guys, dropping both motors in at the same time

Any details on the build? Is this your full blown shortblock with the stock top end or is any work being done to that as well?

Yes, stock heads. Goals for both cars will be 400-450HP on pump gas safely

Hypothetically what would be the quickest turn around time for a customer that drives down and wants to drive back? A few days? Just the built block with a vortech kit already installed?

You guys are only 1200 miles ...

We have a spare shortblock sitting here that we are building to keep turnaround time down I would say 1 week from the time the car is dropped off if everything is planned accordingly.

We have another car to do next week so, it basically broils down to timing.

What's the going price from beginning to end for the motor to be built and dropped in?

I have been reading and learning from this forum for about a year now. I have no idea if this is where I should have my first post, but since FBM was probably referring to me as one of next weeks builds, well I just thought it would be the time. So Hello everyone. I am curious of the cost of the built engine as well.

Also a big thank you to everyone who has boosted their BRZ/FRS. Your experiences have been a huge help to everyone following you, to include myself.

Believe it or not this will be my first forum posting experience. So if there is anything in particular that I should do to have a good and clear thread. Please let me know. I am all ears.
