Reducing bumpy ride with sportline springs

This may have been asked before so I apologize in advance I'm a noob. I recently installed eibach sportline springs on my frs and am in love. Aesthetically The car looks great with the drop and I believe this is how it should be stock. The only thing I am disappointed in is how rough the ride has gotten in some areas. Is there any way to help the ride get better? I'm riding on stock wheels.

A quality shock insert might dampen it enough to make it ride better. It really does have to be a stiffer ride as you lower it or it would bottom out all the time.

installs part that is stiffer and reduced shock travel, on to a shock that while good, won't provide the dampening to retain or even improve comfort... then questions why he doesn't have comfort.
