First off let me start by saying I am a major fan of their work. I've looked up to them and have tried to model my cars after that type of philosophy for a long time. I was not though, a fan of a banner they posted about 3 weeks ago that led people on that they were shutting down. Naturally, I, along with I'm sure a ton of people ordered a bunch of stuff to later find out it was all a lie.

I have convinced myself to look past the scheme but now its been 20 days (Sept 20th) since I've ordered and nothing has been shipped. I understand that they are in a moving process and have hundreds of orders to fill but this is were my issue lies: I've emailed them and PMed them here of which both were ignored. I've called them twice and each time I got the "shipping department is super backed up, till ship either today or tomorrow". I don't like promises you can't keep.

Has anyone ordered anything from them and received their item or having the same issue?

I know they are supposedly moving to a bigger shop so that also might be slowing them down aswell.
