Dealership Help

So i'm running into some issues with the dealership. I keep having issues (Right auto down/up doesn't work half the time, vibration in the trunk, NAV loses reception almost every time, idle dips to 500 rpm and then up to 900 almost every day, Crickets) and every time i take it over to them they say they can't "Find" The issues.

I drive the car every day. They're there. The idle dip genuinely worries me and they tell me its a normal for DI cars.

Any suggestions here? Do i really need to take videos of all of this stuff and give them the TSB's in hand for anything to happen? Thanks for the advice guys!

i would print out all TSBs and bring them. if they still say that normal, i would call SOA in front of them and complain. i'll also consider visiting another dealer

for your issues, i would fix only Nav and idle dips. there is no permanant solution for crickets yet and many people debate this is bad or it's normal blah blah. (i don't care as long as car runs fine) there is a fix for trunk vibration in forum. (i don't care on this one either. usually music covers it)

I got my car from autoland and they did the recall for the crickets for me. All they do is change the fuel pump i believe. I still hear crickets but not as loud as before.

Thanks for the input. The only ones that really need to be changed are the vibration (its literally like someone is playing a drum back there), the nav and the idle dip.

I've been doing videos for a few weeks now and have a compilation of them going. Hopefully this will help my situation.

For the rear deck rattle:

elaborate solution:

Quick fix:

Neither of these will be done by the dealer, but IMO, the less work done by the dealer the better.

Crickets have been deemed normal, so good luck getting anything done there.

Nav update should be done by them, if they wont do it bring in the TSB.

Idle dip sounds a bit extreme, if you have video evidence of that you should bring that in too.
