Catted Front Pipe

Anyone run the PLM, Motiv or Tsudo front pipe? Any issues you're finding in build or durability?

I'm looking at a catted front pipe setup and can't find anything on the quality of the much cheaper items.

I don't see a header listed by motiv on their website:

http://www.motivconcepts.com/subaru-brz/

same with PLM:

https://www.privatelabelmfg.com/category_s/63.htm

can't find any mention of a tsudo header, either.

got any info on these??

OP is asking about catted front pipes, not headers

I have a Tsudo catted front pipe. Very inexpensive and the thing is gorgeous. It has only been on my car for 10 days but so far so good.

Im running the Tsudo catted front pipe and cat-back on my FRS. I actually really like the looks and sound. Fitment was pretty decent too.

How's the build quality? Does the welding look shotty or subpar? Did you happen to look down the tubes before installing?

You may want to edit that to say Front pipes instead of headers.

The build quality and welds were pretty decent for the price. I would snap a picture for you on the hoist, but its in the shop getting hail repaired...

for a minute there I thought there were some hidden headers out there. Id be interested to hear from people who are using these pieces and what their point of views are. However for the money why haven't you looked at P&L. Less money, has a lifetime warranty, and made in USA.

@Firestorm_86 do you have an overpipe yet? if not the Nameless downpipe is worth looking at, costs less than most over/front pipe combos.

Nameless is the first choice if I can't find a cheaper two piece setup. I'll keep the P&L in consideration due to its warranty.

I ordered a catted front pipe from @FA20club back on Sept 10th. They were suppose to have it done by today. Not sure if they did or not. will be mated up to my perrin catback.
