Basically bought it to prepare myself for a trip to Rio De Janiero, but my group of friends that wanted to go there ended up backing out because of work related issues.

I didn't want to go alone.

It includes all versions for competent dialogue and communication skills
an activation key for 2 computers (up to 5 users per computer)

instructions for installation/user guide

Shot in the dark but...

If you have Rosetta Stone in Japanese, versions 1-3, I would highly consider a trade. And for the record, I have not used the activation code yet, but willing to part with it to trade for it.
