Does your OEM 6MT have red stitching or black stitching?

So I noticed at a meet last night that there are two different 6MT shift knobs in the cars, some BRZ's and FR-S's had all black leather, black stitched shift knobs and some had black leather, red stitched. Which does your car have?

I've never seen a knob with red stitching. Maybe an aftermarket piece?

The BRZs I believe come with an all black leather shift knob, the FRS comes with the black leather with red stitching knob.

The FRS has the red stitching. Someone probably traded knobs.

FR-S: base model
red stitch on the knob
black stitch on the pleather brake assembly.
Pretty sure they didn't use real leather there.

Knob is in a box now. Got a Perrin black fat shifter at the open house.

well I voted wrong I though it was about the stitching on the leather peaces not just the nob. My nob is black on black. Everything on the shift cover and e-break cover and steering wheel have read stitching.

I have red stitching throughout. Steering wheel, parking brake lever, shift knob, window sills and arm rests. My car is a metallic charcoal 2013 FR-S with automatic gearbox.

Guys read the original post. Only asking about the manual shift knob. Not the auto, not the e-brake.

I think the poll results are probably very skewed.

I said black with red stitching.... but now I'm not sure that is right. I'll look later and report back.

I didn't vote in the poll. I'm just a bit envious of the black stitching myself. :-(

I thought I had red stitching, but I looked closer and actually, there isn't any real visible stitching at all on the *knob* itself. The boot has red stitching (which is probably what I was remembering). (It's a Limited BRZ)
