Does anyone never listen to radio/music and drive with windows down?

I like to hear the sounds of traffic and have more audible cues of where other cars around me are positioned.

Therefore I never listen to the radio or any music. Additionally, I like to roll down both the driver and passenger side windows. If it's lightly raining, I'll leave a small sliver at the top instead.

Yeah I do this all the time. Unless I have a passenger and then I'll put on a music for them.

Only listen to music by myself on roadtrips mainly. Otherwise I like to hear the sound of the engine and the road surroundings.

I've always found it kind of dangerous how people drive with the windows up and music on. Creates a disconnect between the environment outside the car and the one inside.

same here, only turn on the radio when there is passenger or for long road trips.
I always keep the windows up though, I love clean interior.

I drive with the windows down all of the time. As for no music, it's too like being confined inside my helmet as I ride. (I also wear ear plugs) I frequently turn my stereo down to conduct "a sound diagnostic" of my car.

In the past I have always had the radio on in any car I drove. I haven't quite figured out why but my FR-S is the first car I've owned that I don't hardly ever play the radio. I will have it on if I am on a long stretch of a highway on a trip but never in my around town driving.

Why not both!? lol

Sometimes I like windows up and music on, especially at highway speeds where you can't hear the engine over the wind, and the wind is really annoying.

At lower speeds (around town) and good weather? I'll drive with windows down. Music depends on my mood. Sometimes I play some 311 just to cruise and relax, other times I'll rock out to a lil Offspring action. Usually my music is loud enough for just myself to hear and maybe the guy next to me at the light if his window is down, but I don't blast it.

Usually I'll have the music on at a reasonable volume around town, but If I'm on a longer trip on the highway I like to crank it so I can jam out. When I go for more spirited drives, I'll turn the music down pretty low so I can hear the car. The windows depend mostly on the weather for me.

Windows up, Music blaring... It's way to hot here to drive with the windows down.
