3rd brake light idea

I'm not sure how I would build it. So any one who is keen on doing things like that your info would be appreciated. Wanted to do an interior 3rd brake light thats on the top side of interior glass and remove the lower interior 3rd brake light. Has this been done? If not, anyone have any ideas on how it would look or what one "should" look like? I was riding behind a 350z tonight and the guy had one in his car. When he put on the brakes it lit up. It said something, but I couldnt read what he had stenciled over the light. Would the 86 symbol look to white trashy stenciled to light up on the back window like that? All input is welcome. Just wondering what other folks would think.

The 350z has the light on the top because it's a hatchback. If you remove the third brake light on the FR-S, you'll just have open holes on the parcel shelf. I say leave it.

No, I would recover the rear deck to close those holes up.

I like the ported rear deck. But that guy did some kind of tacky ass cover to fill the holes in the rear deck shelf. No, I would have just recovered it in a fabric similar to the seats. Used the spray glue they cover MDF when building speaker boxes and covering them with carpet. I love that 3rd brake light on the top of that bmw in the OP's post on that link! That thing is sexy!
