Fully catless with muffler delete

Anyone running a uel catless header catless front pipe and muffler delete? I know this sounds stupid but I really want to hear from others who have this setup how tolerable it is. How would this setup compare to straight pipe setup? Currently I'm running perrin resonated catback perrin overpipe and invidis catless fp. I have a revworks uel but haven't installed it yet as I have been working on a ship the past month. Once I get headers installed I will gauge hoe loud it is and either decide to buy the berk dual muffler delete or not. Just to note I love very load exhaust volume but not raspy. I'm hoping a full catless setup with muffler delete will bring out the boxer rumble. What are your opinions

Uh oh. In before the "search newb" trolls arrive.

Short answer. It will be loud. It will be raspy.

You are going to be extremely raspy with this setup. Plenty of this on youtube. Search around... it sounds like crap.

A better search term might be straight piped, adding resonators will help with that setup but riding straight piped will be painful.

That's a completely different engine. This car sounds awful with straight pipes. Fart can Honda sounding, ears bleeding.

I'll be running a 3" exhaust on N/A, but it will have a catted downpipe, a decent resonator, and 5" mufflers on my axleback. Should be plenty to keep it loud without the nasty rasp even with a catless JDL UEL.

I had Motiv front catless front pipe and berk sing exit muffler.
It's loud! once car warms up and idle, it's ok but when you drive, you can hear it loud also it rasp and drones on highway at between RPM 2K - 3.5K

I put my stock muffler back on

Start with headers and muffler delete and see how you like it. It's a 4 cylinder, so it's gonna sound pretty fast and furious no matter what exhaust you go with. Also, like everyone says, it's gonna be really raspy with no cats.

I just noticed that during the second part of that Griffon video the rpm's often went above 8000rpm, higher on downshifts. Also noted that there was obviously a no-lift shift system in place.
