Sunshade?

Anyone have the factory sunshade? How is it?

I had a heatshield sunshade for my Camaro and it did the job and fits great, but it looks like the factory one folds (which I prefer to rolling up unless it folds up funky and doesn't stay folded or something) and just generally looks nicer. Wanted to get opinions.

Yes and it fits perfectly. If you are referring to anything specifically let me know.

Ya I have the "Subaru" BRZ specific sunshade. works and fits great but is difficult to fold and unfold w/ someone in the passenger seat. Also I have to just lay mine down in the back because its too rigid wont fit behind the passenger seat.

it's worth the money, though if you can find it cheaper than msrp, go for it.

I put up and take down my BRZ specific sunshade alone all the time, it works best when sitting in either seat. It will fit behind the seats or wedged between the passenger seat and door, anywhere that's long enough.

My girlfriend and I usually have our seats too far back for it to fit behind the seats standing up, but I havent tried putting it between the passenger seat and door. Thanks for the tip ill try that tomorrow.

In the past I used to lay the shade in the passenger floorboard leaning on the seat but then it would flop around whenever I went around a corner so I started placing it between the door and passenger so it stays in one place.

Ya, I store mine between the passenger seat and door too, it fits perfect!

Its really good quality IMO, and it has soft edges so it doesn't scuff the dash when you putt it up. I really like it, I used my Giftcard from Clint to buy mine :P

Does it take up less space when it's folded up than the kind of sunshade that you roll up?

Also, does it have velcro or something to keep it folded?

Thanks everyone for the responses so far!

You should look at the Cover Craft sunshade as well. Fitment is very good; small gap on the side, maybe an inch, but overall it does a great job at keeping the heat out. It's also a rigid, fold-up like the OEM sunshade.

Got the OEM sunshade and love it fit the windsheald great and easy to unfold n fold. I just stick it in the back seat since no ones going to be sitting back there anytime soon lol

Fits perfect and folds up nice and thin. I just throw it in my back "seat."
