VIR Holiday Laps - Nov. 8

Well the weather is getting cooler and as the days grow shorter and the nights later, the date approaches. TIME FOR HOLIDAY LAPS AT VIR! All procedes go to charity and it's a chance to put your car on a track in a controlled environment. For those who haven't been to charity laps, it's basically a 15 minute session where you and a group of your peers follow a pace car and followed by a chase car. There is no passing and this is not a HPDE, autox, or race of any sort, but we do have lots of fun.


Who: YOU
What: Put your car on to one of the best tracks in the country, Virginia International Raceway
Where: Meet up for those in the Triangle Area (and south): Daniel Boone Shell Services Center - 381 South Churton Street - Hillsborough, NC 27278. We will be leaving this location at 7AM SHARP. If you're not there by 7 we'll see you at the track or at the 2nd meet up spot!


The 2nd meet up spot, for those North of Raleigh, at the gas station in Semora. Intersection of NC 119N and NC 57 S / Semora Rd - Semora, NC 27343**. Meet time for Semora will be 7:45-8:00.


When: November 8th, 2013. Gate will open at 8AM, but the line starts forming quickly.


Why: $25 to do a session at VIR. How awesome is that?! $10 ariel atom rides are expected.
