I use a cheap dish sponge to apply. Had for 2 years and bottle just under half. I wash 2 to 3 times a month.

Tire shine

Any tire shine I have used, even sparingly, migrates to the tread edges and makes my Direzza's slippery.

I've started using 303 (a known superior rubber preservative) - not as shiny but because its wipe on and wipe off - not as slippery.

Use an applicator to prevent overspray.

Iv'e used the armor all grooved sponge, paint brush etc. and wiping it all off, but centifigal force of the spinning tires seems to get the stuff out to the tire shoulders (maybe cause the shine goo is so greasy).

303 seems less greasy (less shiny also) and wipes off so completely leaving a dry surface. Wish it was more shiny tho -
