Scion FR-S canadian price leaked: $27.5k ?

So. The fact that the american pricing was leaked got me searching around a bit. And thus, I found what seems like a creditable source: http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2...ked-24200.html

The same source mentioned (about a month earlier) the canadian price - which was overlooked: 27.5k

http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2...in-canada.html

well guys, looks like im going down to the USA

Your "credible source" used this website as it's source...somewhat of a closed loop circle don't ya think?

Canadian estimated MRSP is 30k (on the canadian website). 27.5k mrsp +taxes and other crap is pretty in line with early indications.

i would get her to register it and pay for insurance down there. u just send monthly payments to her. insurance and taxes are wayyy cheaper south of the border. also with american plates, you can park wherever you want. no need to ever pay a parking ticket again

and i was looking at the 128 as well. Its 38k mrsp. Not even comparable price; less efficeint and more reliability issues.

Yes, but how do we explain if we get into an accident lol. With all the scammers in toronto who knows...

As far as the 128 goes, same engine, RWD, drives smooth. Less efficient & more issues for sure, but the interior is seexxyy and the drive is extremely nice. + I look nice in it

It cant be more than the Genesis coupe, which starts at 26,500.

They'd shoot themselves in the foot if it were.

Considering all pricing thats been release pretty much matches the starting price of the Genesis coupe, its gotta be that.

They've always said ~27. It's unfortunate considering it's a 3K premium to the US models.
