Prolonged weather tech mat use
I got my weather tech floor mats and they're awesome but I noticed they pull a lot on the little mat anchors since there's nothing on the other side of the mat to keep it from sliding around on the floor. I was wondering if anyone's had any problems with them sliding or breaking off the mat anchors? I was thinking of putting some velcro on the reverse to keep them more stable. Has anyone else has issues?

I've been worried about that too. So far so good, they've survived the New England winter and still look great.
If they do break, i'd probably go the velcro route too.

Yeah I know the mats will last they're great quality. I'm just worried a bout the anchors coming out or ripping up the carpet.

Had mine since April and put on 8K+ miles since then.
Have not noted any sliding or fitment issues at all. I've never pulled it back with my heels though. Don't do that ? edit: There are corrugations on the bottom that act as large scale velcro once they settle into the carpet.

Velcro wouldn't hurt. Cheap insurance. But likely not needed.
