Running 2011-12 STI Limited wheels possible?

Really attracted to these wheels

http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl...ty=47#imgdii=_

I know the bolt pattern for the 2011-12 STI wheels are 5X114.3 while ours is 5X100 and I know making the conversion is costly and just about useless, is it possible somehow though we can run those wheels are on vehicle with the STI hubcaps, if not. Does anyone know the color code for those wheels and maybe powder coating the stock wheels all one color of that color code can bring a close appeal of those wheels? All ears guys!

You can find a spacer that will convert the stock bolt pattern to 5x114.3. The good news is that the STI wheels are a +55 offset. So a 15mm conversion spacer will make them equivalent to a 40mm offset which is very sane for a 8.5" wide wheel on our cars.

Even a huge 25mm spacer will only make them a +30 which can be fit with a little work.

I would just get the BRZ STI wheels if I were you... They look somewhat identical and I believe they have the color you want as well..

There's only one cost effective option for running 5x114 STI wheels: conversion spacers.

Compared to buying a set of takeoffs and spacers? It's not an out of this world difference, and you get NEW wheels that actually fit.

But both cost more than I'd pay.

STI BBS takeoffs aren't that expensive. What you'd pay for a new set of knockoff wheels and you get forged wheels.

What are the specs for these 17" and 18" wheels? Sounds like 8.5" wide with a relatively high offset according to the thread but can't seem to find the specs on the website.
