Upstate NY

How bad were the floods up there? Some FR-S are going for low but were involved with the flooding, specifically Yorkville, near Utica, NY. On a second note, would you buy a flooded car?

i wouldnt but it all really depends on how badly it was submerged.

this is another depend for me.. if its a rare car i would want to revive it and preserve it.
