21655.5(B) VC cost...?

Hello all,

Unfortunately, I was cited for 21655.5(B) VC and 26708(A)(1) this morning.
I have no one to blame but myself for this but I was just wondering if anyone knew how much I should be expecting to pay for 21655.5(B)? I searched on google but all the answers I found were very outdated... I reside in LA County, California btw.

21655.5(B) is driving solo on HOV lanes and 26708(A)(1) is front window tint.

On a bright side, neither of them will cost me any penalty point

Q What's an HOV lane?
A. "High Occupancy Vehicle" lane, or car-pool lane. The central concept for HOV lanes is to move more people rather than more cars. Some HOV lanes carry almost half of the people carried on the entire freeway. Regular "mixed-flow" lanes are never converted to HOV lanes. Rather, HOV lanes are always added to existing facilities. Each vehicle that travels on an HOV lane must carry the minimum number of people posted at the entrance signs. Usually that means at least two people, or in some cases three people. Each child counts as an occupant, but pets, infants still in the womb, inflatable dolls or ghosts do not (we've heard 'em all). Violators are subject to a minimum $481 fine. Exceptions: Motorcycles, even those carrying just one person, are allowed to use the HOV lanes. Some HOV lanes are in operation only during certain hours, which are posted. Outside of those hours, they may be used by all vehicles.

Tint is a fix it ticket... remove it and pay a $15 fine (fee based on my last fix it ticket). You can also choose to keep the tint and pay a higher fine. Don't know if it is cheaper to pay the higher fine or retint the two windows.
