New FRS owner!
Hey guys! I just bought my FRS a few months ago and its amazing! i had a tC before this with a lot of suspension work and the FRS still handles way better stock. Best investment i ever made. Pearl White with a rear lip spoiler.
Now i just need ideas for modding. I have Eibach Sportlines on backorder :\ next im going to get some new wheels. I cant decide between the 18x8 Rota Torque sports bronze, or the 17x8 Rota Titan in sports bronze. What would look better with the 1.4" drop of the Eibachs? |

First mod should be the air intake get the injen. Makes the car sound sick and it isn't that expensive. Easy horsepower.

It depends on what you want to do. If you enjoy autocrossing, I would recommend you get the 17" wheels and a good set of performance summer tires(235/40/17 or 245/50/17) as well as a set of shocks (Koni Yellows being a good inexpensive set of shocks) to complement the lowering springs.

wheels and tires will make the car a lot different in a good way. Intake imo wont do crap unless you tune for it.

Welcome sir! I actually wouldn't bother on the intake unless you like the underhood looks. None of them really add any power that you can totally feel, trust me, I know. Your first mod should be a tune, but hey, its your car to play with. Anyways, glad to hear your enjoying it. This is the most fun car I have ever owned as well. You will fall in love.

My first mods were intake and exhaust, and I'm very happy I did these. I'm big into hearing the car tho. Enjoy the car man!

Right now I have a dual exit muffler delete made by a local exhaust shop and a Invida catless front pipe....It's LOUD. Many people have told me they like it and same for hating it. I like mine loud tho! When I had just the muffler delete it wasn't to loud and it gave it a nice low rumble. Look into berk technology.
