Open Lapping Preparation for a Noob. Need Advice.

Okay, I plan to take my completely stock FRS for an open lapping day at least once by the end of this summer.

Will the car suffice a bunch of hot laps being totally stock (including brake pad)? Or should I plan on getting some dedicated track pads? I'm already thinking about getting upgraded pads since they're cheap. But will the OEM brake lines be adequate?

As well, do I need an oil cooler?

I'm not looking to do any sort competing. I just want to get the car out on the track to put it through its paces. A few hot laps with cool down sessions and that's it. Nothing crazy.

I really want to do another set of wheels with sticky tires but sadly those funds have to be allocated towards my winter rims and tires this coming season

So for what I want to do, I need your thoughts and opinions...

stock pads? yes/no
upgrade lines? yes/no
oil cooler? yes/no

If you want to do this again sometime then I'd say yes get better pads, fluid, and oil cooler. If you think you won't do it again then don't get anything. I'd say try it once to see if you like it, then if you want to go again do what I mentioned. See my build thread for more info on what I've done and going to do.
