Hi everyone! So I posted in the off-topic thread about having a paintball day/mini meet and looks like some people were interested in doing this.

After looking at the 86drive calendar, it looks like July and August are pretty busy with events so I'm gonna start a poll to see which days is best for everyone! So far, Aug 31st is looking clear or we can do it Sept 7th! These are both Saturday. But if those dates don't work out for anyone, please let me know and we'll work something out so everyone can be able to go!! Poll will end on July 25th so we have a week to pick the date.

We'll be playing at Midway Paintball Facility in Vacaville and meeting at 9-9:30am. The owners and refs are super nice people. Midway is open Weds, Sat and Sun. I'm going to assume Weds is a no since people may have work and Sundays are usually their busiest days. Hopefully it'll be a lot cooler by that time and we not have to be playing in the heat. If we can get enough people(preferably 8+) we'll be able to do a private group, rather than playing with the other walk-ons and ill find out pricing next time I go there.

It'll be a fun day playing paintball and looking at cars!

I Vote 8/31. Though that is a bit far in advance for me to plan. Maybe run the poll at least until the first week of august?

Yeah it is a bit far in advance, but i wanted to fit it in before more events start coming in you know?

Damn, almost too in advanced, I already have stuff planned for both those weekends, lol, oh well, I'll keep an eye on this if stuff changes.

Hey how about September 21?? I actually voted for Aug 31, but I think Sept 21 would work better.. Any takers?

I'm busy August 31, but would be down for Sept 7. I'll bring my own gun/marker. There is also another field at the fairgrounds in San Jose FYI.

That may be fun for you, but nobody else will be have any fun just getting lit up. If we all go I feel everyone should be on a level playing field. Its not a competition so who really cares. You not playing pros or anything

amen. or we should have a beginners group and a hardcore group. I don't know anything about paintball, but in my mind if you are bringing your own paintball gun/hardware you are not a beginner and should be excluded from playing with the beginners group. I don't want to go in there and just get maraudered by a few ringers showing up.
