Started my car and...

Started my car tonight to take it out for a spin and when I was trying to move out of my parking space the car had trouble moving. I checked the handbrake and it was not engaged. I had to give the car abit more gas before the car would move, and when it did it made a noise. Sounded like the tires were stuck to the floor or something. Anyone have this issue before?

What tires are you running? Whats the temperature outside? How new was the tarmac below your car?

Could be the rotors. I know if your running summer tires at winter they can get stuck, but that was my only conclusion.

Ditto on the brakes/rotors, anytime they're wet then sit for long periods they can act like they're still on if they're stuck. It's not exclusive to this car but I think people are just paying more attention.
