Transmission moving after upgrades?

I installed the Whiteline Gearbox Positive Shift Kit and Kartboy Rear Shifter Bushing. The shifting improved a bit but still notchy and transmission still moves on first gear, what else can i buy to improve the shifting and less moving?

Thanks

There are a number of threads on changing the oil to improve shift quality, might be worth looking into that.

As for the gear stick moving, well there isn't much you can do about that. Stiffer g/box and engine mounts will reduce it. Solid mounts would stop the movement but the increased NVH would be pretty full on and i have hear of it doing bad things to the chassis longterm. Bottom line is its a RWD car so the gear stick is directly linked to the gearbox unlike the remote mouning many FWD and AWD cars use.

Harder engine and trans mounts is about all you're going to be able to do aside from solid mounting the tranny, which you'd probably hate for a DD.
