quick photoshop of rear diffuser
are there any in the market that looks like this or do i have to make my own?

for the quad exhaust there's kits from trd which has they lay flat like that and tom's for angled tips like the IS-F

You can add the TRD bumper garnish which makes the opening bigger on the stock exhaust. It requires cutting the bumper.
