08 BBS STi wheels

Has anyone used a conversion kit to fit these on and if so, are there pockets/cavities for the stock studs or do you have to trim them? Thanks!

I was also curious about that as well, but I don't think I would be doing this so I just left it maybe you can ask him.

You will need at least 20mm spacers to clear the back pad of the 08+ STI BBS wheels. I would know, because I have been toying with this idea since getting rid of my STI. If you search through iwsti.com, you'll find users saying the BBS has no space for the stock studs to poke into on the pad, but the OEM Enkeis do. So, 08+ BBS > 20mm spacers, 08+ Enkei > 5mm spacers.

Hmmmm... I'll have my hands on some 2013 STI BBS wheels shortly, so this is WONDERFUL. Recently I ran a 25mm conversion adapter on my 2011 WRX for 2011 base STI Enkei wheels. They sit perfectly flush on that car, but I was leery of adding 25mm spacers to the BRZ front wheels with 8.5 width wheels. I've seen that BRZClub.com BRZ around online and was searching for his pics when I stumbled upon this helpful thread. Thanks!

You can certainly use a thinner spacer, but you'll have to shave down your stock studs, which is scary for a lot of reasons. Reason being is the wheel pads don't have the necessary "holes" for the stock studs to stick through.

Used to have these wheels on my STI, loved them. I think they'd look awesome on the Twins.
