Sean Yoo from LED Modified http://ledmod.com helped me with a few bulb switches over to LED. He is pretty known in other car communities for LED replacement, gauge face swaps, as well as other lighting issues. Has worked on Troy Sumitomo's Five Axis FR-S as well as Capcom's FR-S demo/show cars. So quite creditable right? So far he has helped me replace some licence plate bulbs, trunk light, as well as reverse lights. Best of all, he's in Anahiem so he isn't far away from where I live and work.



The quality of the bulbs were amazing. It is certainly not your cheap eBay LED's that barely had substance in their LED soldering and brightness. With the lights off around my house, this is how bright the bulbs are. (Please excuse the noise on the images. iPhone's don't really take night pictures quite well.)

Dome Light

The dome light was a 12-LED panel that I had transferred from my tC1 over to the FR-S. Barely clear's the housing fitment but I'm sure he has one that will fit perfectly as a dome light panel. I just thought I'd show the brightness and satisfaction on his products.

Currently, he is doing R&D on some new products and will have new things on the market like LED replacement headlight bulbs and brighter HID's for the consumer. Soon, he is looking to be a vendor here on FT86Club and section on his website for FR-S/BRZ lighting. Overall, he know's what is best for the customer and knows the in's and out's of the LED business. Certainly I am pleased with the swap and I will most likely come back for footwell lighting and other lighting swaps. I mean if he can do work for Troy Sumitomo himself, why not have LEDMod do a LED conversion on your ride? http://store.ledmod.com/
