CIAS 2012 Media Day Photos

Hi,

I didn't end up making the press conference for Toyota/Scion on the media day, but I ended up back at the booth when they were setting everything up. I found the FRS sitting with unlocked doors and snapped a couple interior pics but mainly exterior shots. I must say, the seating position is great, very comfortable and the seats are body hugging for sure!

Thanks for the pics RobStar :-)
Maybe it is the lighting or your camera, but the red looks really good there. Typically I am not a fan of shouty reds, but it does look very 'sporty' and seems to suit the car quite well.

Thanks!

I played with the saturation a bit since the lighting is horrible, but yeah it's a nice red on the car. If I wasn't so in love with white, I'd probably get a red one and I'm not really a fan of red cars.

Yeah, I'm badass like that lol. The car was off to the side while they were reconstructing the display and was to be moved once the display was done. Lucky for me, that was a long while away so I spent a good 20 min looking at it, sitting in it, etc. Definitely the highlight of my day

Yeah, if you have driven a 7th gen Celica, which has windows that come to points and a really thick "C" pillar, it's the same idea. It would be something you would get used to in time regardless.

No Problem I mean, if I get a chance to get in one before it's even out, I'd be selfish not to share what I saw/experienced. I didn't get as many pictures as I had hoped since I was too busy geeking out about it haha.

I don't remember if it was full alcantara style material, but looking back at the pics it does seem that way.

Its funny how that horrible horrible stereo from the press shots make the interior look cheap, but the interior actually doesnt look so bad when the stereo has a LCD screen in it lol.
