Crawford Limited Turbo BRZ - built motor

I am not sure if anyone has seen the video's of this car or the turbo kit that is on it. It has a built motor , I am sure everyone has already seen this thing besides me but I just talked to them yesterday about there stage one tune that runs on either E85 or 93. So if you are running E 85 and are low on fuel you can just throw 93 octane in there and the ecu computer adjuts everything. Its supposed to be a 20% increase in HP, TQ and fuel economy.

Has anyone had any experience with Crawford? The stage one tune sounds like a nice luxury not having to worry about searching for E85 if your on a cruise on road trip and can only find 93.

I apologize if this is old news but its new news me lol videos of car being driven and the build of motor on youtube. 450 RWTQ I think it was on the tune they ran on it. I couldnt imagine having 450 to the ground TQ . I had that on my 93 Cobra with a vortech kit and had to put Mickey thomposon ET streets on it just to get it to hook up and that was with eibach drag springs lakewood shocks struts the whole 9 needless to say you cant compare the two but how just thought it was interesting.

60k..... I wonder what a used GT-R could be had for these days....

Anyways again sorry if I this a stupid thread just thought some might be interested in checking out a bad a$$ BRZ on you tube in action on the road and dyno

The turbo kit on the car in the video is 7k. So its pretty pricey compared to the AVO and some of the other kits out there but it looks like a quality product

Is this the same one that had a run in with the MP4-12C? Cause that might make it worth it, not too many people have a car that has been in a tangle with a McLaren.

I know it has held its own against some exotics for sure. This is my first import so I am not very familiar with all the ones out there I know they are pricy thats for sure.

But I am sure this car would dust a vette, viper, challenger etc and those cars are easy 50k or above with added options from factory.

At anyrate I am still waiting on email from Crawford about there stage one tune pricing etc and short blocks.

I will post the Tune information soon as I get it.

It will probably be my first "mod" I have done other then the rebadging and black interior pieces and my wheel debate. I cant make up my mind on what to do with the wheel situation.

but bottom line car is pretty bad ass that much power 2700 lbs with a full interior pretty insane

I just love all the n00bs and comments that one freaking video has brought out. I have had just about every Subaru guy I hang out with ask me if I have seen the video. Like Crawford was the first to make those power levels or the only one out there doing it. Enjoy your tune and short block from Crawford OP.

not worth it if you ask me...7k for the turbo alone lol better off going through a shop and having it done and making the same power and saving 3-4 grand. looking at 12k for block and turbo alone not including someone dropping the motor in unless your going to do it yourself.

Paying for the name if you ask me dont get me wrong they do great work but you can get the same outcome for far less money.
