Ghost's BRZ Build
Picked up my BRZ last wednesday in DMG, 6MT loving it so far. This weekend I have my first mods going in (okay second if you count changing my startup screen as a mod). On the list for this weekend:
-Stealth install of amp, low pass crossover and sub. (possibly some trunk leds too) -Rear Fog light install and If i have time some interior leds. Don't worry there will be more to come, Including pics. Update: No pics yet but they will be coming -I did my stealth install of the amp and low pass, had a box with 2-10" pioneers in them, but it was wayyyyyyy too much bass for this car. So, I swapped them out for a 10" ported, while I am working on a 10" sealed box that I'm fabbing up myself. -I did the rear fog, I have it wired so that one of my two "filaments" lights with the brake lights (not just tail lights on). and so that my other filament is wired into the fog light switch up front. The result? when my headlights are normally on, no rear fog. If I flip the switch while my headlights are on, all my fogs come on. This has proven very useful for tailgaters, I start flipping the switch and people back WAYYYY off they have no idea what to do. Also, had someone get out of my way once as I was flipping the switch to get a tailgater off my rear. -Got clear vinyls for my front bumper List of things to do: -Yellow vinyl my front fogs -Red footwell leds -Fab up sealed box -Wider, meaner tires -Opticoat/sealant (I may DIY this or not) -Tints (definitely not diying this) -Sharkfin antenna Way down the line plans: -Springs/coilovers, probably springs I don't necessarily want to track it enough/put in the wrench time just yet to do coilovers. -FI??????
