Looking for 2 - 12mm jam nuts with fine threading....
Brass would be perfect but I'll take what I can get. Having a hellofa time finding them in store and on line.

And you pay for it! If you can wait you can save a bit by using an alternative supplier like Grainger or a local source is almost always best. But Mcmaster is kind of the Amazon of hardware so it's the default choice.

Finally got the right nuts from McMaster and the new shifter nob is in. Thanks again OrbitalEllipses for recommending them and everyone else that chimed in.
Yes the car has chrome but I've had this nob on every car I've owned and it just seems fitting. I like it |
