help me out about the trunk

Howdy, I'm new here and I'm looking to buy a used brz limited. One picture the seller sent me was the trunk. I'm seeing some things I didn't expect but it could be the angle he took the picture. Can anyone here verify on his own car that what is shown in the picture below is normal with the wiring loom showing? Maybe he aimed the camera up and showed the guts that are normally not visible when standing over it? Sorry I don't know how to delete the first attached image. TIA

He had the camera down low near the top of the rear bumper. In normal operation you will not see the wiring that easily. The wiring is under the package shelf by the third brake light.
