Cleaning interior stitching?

Does anybody know how to clean the interior's red contrast stitching that's on the steering wheel and interior pieces? If they become stained, what's a good product to clean them with?

I've used some interior cleaners like Mother's VLR but they are unsuitable for cleaning the stitching, so I think a different kind of cleaner is needed to clean the threads. Thanks!
