Down in the Dirty at Road Atlanta for Formula Drift. This is Round 2 and Road Atlanta has claimed victims for this first day. A LOT of top drivers NOT in the top 32. Including the likes of:

Ken Gushi - mechanical failure prevented him from showing up for qualifying, was disappointed in that.

Tony Angelo - failure to put up two runs good enough to get a score.

Tyler McQuarrie - initiated two runs and had to shut them down due to mechanical issues.

Are just a few drivers, can't remember them all but there were a lot that were suppose to make it.

And there were a few GTA participants I got shots of as well including some FR-S. Enuff of the ramble, onto the pics.

More Pics to come. And some vids. OMG! If you wasn't watching during the Live Stream then you missed one CRAZY crash between Aasbo and Jr. It wasn't a crash that stopped them from drifting, but it was insane that they still drifted after the crash...lol. Rd. 2 had you mouth dropping!

Barely losing the championship last year to Daigo probably has him on a tear this year.

Last night was a joke. Some of the worst calls by the judges I've ever seen after watching/following for 10 years.

Yea I think there like 2-3 runs that I disagreed with. Dai and Conrad was one of them.

Dai won that battle in my opinion. Barely though.

Essa should have lost. 3 wheels went on course and he was all over the place on that run. Corey Hosford beat him by a mile. Don't even get me started on Vaugh Gittin Jr and Aasbo. JR lost. Aasbo was having car issues cause of the damage caused by JR. The fact that JR advanced shows the judges and some of the drivers ride each others d*ck between events.

The political favoritism is just crap

Plus the battle between Tuereck and Danny George. By the time Danny hit him, Ryan was already at the point of no return. Over rotated from the get go. Danny hit him because he lost all momentum cause he was going backwards and nearly came to a stop by the time they hit the first clipping point.
