Borla UEL header poll. Warpered flanges? Fine? VOTE! My friend wants one.

My buddy asked me to make this poll. He isn't on the forum and hates forums. But he is interested in how many people actually made out well.

No problems 1 100.00%
Had to have replaced once then no problems 0 0%
Had to have replaced twice then no problems 0 0%
Had to have replaced three times then no problems 0 0%
Got my money back 0 0%

Voters: 1.

I've just ordered one, price too good. I've been assured the latest production units are 100%, so will update in about 3 weeks.

Voted. I had two warranty replacements with warped flanges, three total headers all defective. Got my money back and applied it to a JDL UEL header.

@LavosTRD has had 4 Borla UEL headers with warped flanges, I don't think he's voted yet.

I was always more of a corn starch guy. If I'm going to get these headers I'll have to start cutting costs on those fancy powders.

bought late march and waited until the 22nd of april to call in defective flanges. with photos submitted, i received another manifold from borla.

flanges to the head were pretty spot on, but the flange to the overpipe was off by a miniscule amount. still not perfect, but installed that today.

so far, no leaks. used new gaskets..
