thanks for the prompt responses guys!!! had nothing but problems and annoyances with the people at power toyota buena park and miller toyota of anaheim in the past with my other vehicle

I had a flawless experience with Toyota of Marina Del Rey for my oil change, they were great.
Longo is the most popular service center in the US, the wait time reflects that but I also had no issues with them, other than the fact that an oil change took about 3-4 hours due to the large amount of people that use their service center, especially on the weekends.

I took mine to Longo and they were pretty good, I would be going back there for my next one, I did ask for them not to have my car washed since idk how good of a wash any dealership has and plus this car scratches too dam easily.
